ESB STUDENTS RETURN FROM INTERLOCHEN ARTS CAMP IN MICHIGAN

Sophie Herreid, Elena Bonitati, Jaclyn Gagnon, and Charlotte Flynn have all just returned from the renowned Interlochen Arts Camp outside of Traverse City, Michigan. This audition-based camp is an intensive experience for the serious dancer.

Hunter is thrilled to once again send her students to IAC, where she was a camper (many years ago!), Guest Artist and on the faculty. According to Hunter, IAC is special because of its setting--dancers look out onto a lake as they take class and rehearse--the expert faculty, and because the schedule is such that dancers literally dance all day. In addition, to be surrounded by young musicians, actors, and artists gives the dancer insight into the other arts.
